In the framework of "Cambodian Khmer Rouge Tribunal Fellowship Programme", 21 participants who come from various professional background (e.g. psychologists, lawyers, journalists, human rights activist etc.), and are currently working in the field of reconciliation and dealing with the past, participated in the study tour which was taking place from 13 to 29 May 2011 to Germany and the Hague. The group visited courts, prisons, a former concentration camp, memorials, documentation centres and treatment centres for traumatized persons.
