InWEnt is organizing training for Alumni "Our Heads are Wired Differently: Intercultural Sensitivity Training for Vietnamese Managers in Hanoi.

 

Time: Hanoi, 22 - 24 November 2010


Venue: Army Hotel, 33C Pham Ngu Lao Str., Hanoi.

• Meaning and value of intercultural competence in current business world
• Culture standards
• Factors influencing behavior and interactions
• Asian cultural values vs. Western cultural values
• Conflict management in intercultural situations - Case study
• Negotiating across borders
• Motivation in intercultural contexts

 

Trainer: Dr. Norma Lange-Tagaza: German nationality (Filipina by birth) with more than 25 years of experience in individual and organizational competence development. Main subjects: (Intercultural) communication (special focus: Asian countries), Conflict Management, Interest-based Negotiation, Leadership and Management...
