This International Leadership Training (ILT) aims to strengthen social security reform processes for young professionals from Indonesia and Vietnam.We are now calling for applications for this training which will start in November 2008 with an assessment workshop in Hanoi/Vietnam. Within the framework of the programme on HIV/AIDS Prevention, InWEnt, together with its partner institutions Hue College of Medicine and Pharmacy and Learning Resource Center of Hue University, is going to start the 2nd run of the HIV/AIDS online course from 11th September to 15th December 2008.Target groups are medical doctors and health professionals in provincial/district hospitals and preventive centers in Central Vietnam.
On 20th - 22nd October 2008 in Ho Chi Minh City, InWEnt Office Hanoi will conduct a training course on Presentation Skills.After the training, the participants will be able to improve their presentation skills (analysing audience, designing the presentation, and presenting efficiently). Many presentation practices together with assessments to solve difficult situations will be done during the training.
InWEnt is organizing a training course on Change Management.
On 22nd August 2008 in Hanoi, a Vietnam Evaluation Workshop on District Health Management (DHM) was conducted with the participation of 15 DHM Vietnamese Alumni from 2003 - 2008.From InWEnt side, Mr. Ralf Panse, Senior Project Manager from the Health Division of InWEnt in Germany and Ms. Cecil Benavidez, Course Coordinator from the Philippines took part.
Being part of the program RED Expert 2007-2008, the Manager Workshop was organized from 3rd - 9th August 2008 in Germany. The workshop attendants were 15 supervisors of the RED Expert participants.The workshop was an opportunity for the supervisors to get an overview about the content and results of their experts participating in the training program in Germany.

On Friday, 4 July 2008, a Trilateral Cooperation Agreement was signed between GTZ Macroeconomic Reform Programme, State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) and InWEnt International Capacity Building, Germany to conduct the Executive Training Programme for SBV senior staff in 2008-2009. The training programme has been conducted since 2006 within the cooperation framework between GTZ and SBV but this is the first time it is developed as a Training of Trainer (ToT) model with the purpose to ensure the sustainability of the programme for SBV.
Workshop for incubation projects in Vietnam on 12th June 2008 at Melia Hotel Hanoi.Within the framework of the project `Promotion of Technological Innovations in South East Asia`, financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), InWEnt, in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST), held a planning workshop for incubation projects in Vietnam on 12th June 2008 at Melia Hotel Hanoi.
