10 participants of the InWEnt 12 Month International Leadership Training “Knowledge Management” arrived in Germany on July 31st Before the Laotian and Vietnamese participants started for Europe, they successfully attended a 2-months German language training in Hanoi. The participants are employees of the General Directorate for Vocational Training and vocational schools. These young executives will stay in Germany until July 2010.The ILT training is divided up into 2 complementary modules. First theoretical knowledge is gained, after that the attendants will have the chance to apply their knowledge in practice during internships at German organizations. The underlying idea of the training is that every participant develops his own project in Germany. It will be related to the topic “knowledge management”. These projects are than realized in their home country after the end of the training and contribute to the further activities of the German Development cooperation in Laos and Vietnam.
