The program provided modern management and leadership methods for the participants. Through intensive group works and discussions, the Alumni identified possibilities and ways to cope with the challenges in their working environment.
The participants were assessed very active, dynamic, and committed to InWEnt Alumni activities.
As one of the results of the Alumni Camp, the participants have agreed on working together in the future to develop InWEnt Alumni network. A "steering committee" will be responsible for expanding the network, thus involvement and commitment from all InWEnt Alumni to this network are welcomed.
Follow up activities of the Alumni Camp will be done soon in the coming time.
