The members of the delegation thatwas headed by the Secretary of State of the Cambodian Ministry of Health were 11 high ranking government officials from different Cambodian ministries. During the study visit in Vietnam, the delegation met various national stakeholders in this sector in Vietnam like Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and Vietnam Social Security Agency as well as international donors like the German Development Cooperation organizations GTZ, DED, InWEnt, KfW, the World Health Organization, and the World Bank. The delegation also did a field visit to Thai Binh Province to see how the policies have been implemented at the provincial level.
