InWEnt - Capacity Building International, Germany offers an International Leadership Training (ILT) on Social Security from 1 June 2010 to 27 May 2011 in Germany.

The ILT programme of InWEnt provides training and qualifications for technical and management staff from companies and institutions in developing and transformation countries. The general target of the program is that the know-how learned during the one-year training initiates a process of change in the home countries.

 

The aim of the course is to make the participants familiar with modern management instruments (including business and administration procedures, mathematics and IT tools). Thus, to learn about effective macro policies and strategies in the social sector in general and the health sector in particular. The participants will take on a multiplier role in implementing reforms in the social security sector in their home countries in Asia.

 

The course consists of three phases:

1st preparatory phase: December 2010 - May 2010, in Asia
2nd practical training phase: June 2010 - May 2011, in Germany
3rd transfer phase: From June 2011 onwards, in home country

 

Target group:
The training is specially designed for young professionals from Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam with background and relevant practical experience in the field of social security. This includes but is not limited to, employees of ministries, insurance companies and various associations in the field of social security.
The selected qualified young professionals will be invited to the Assessment Center from Dec.01 - Dec. 04, 2009 in Indonesia.
