The International Institute for Journalism (IIJ) of InWEnt (Capacity Building International, Germany) announces a two-month training course on "Environmental reporting" for journalists from print and online media from Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Tanzania and Vietnam.The course will be conducted in Berlin, Germany on June 26 to August 21, 2009.
The program aims to help journalist participants to be familiar with the most common and urgent environmental issues, be able to assess and appreciate environmental policy decisions, as well as improve researching and writing competence in the relevant facts of environmental stories.
