Training on Improving Organisational Performance Through Leading Change will be conducted in Ho Chi Minh City, 2nd - 4th October, 2008 (for SMEs)Mergers and fusions, the need for continuous improvement, the demand for more efficient and effective work processes, more intensified international and domestic competition, and organizational reorganization characterize the current situation of many companies and organizations.
