On 12th October 2009 InWEnt hold a farewell dinner for 5 participants of the 12-month International Leadership Training (ILT) on "Hospital Management" which will start in December 2009 in Germany.

The 3 participants from Vietnam and 2 participants from Indonesia, who were selected at an assessment workshop in June, just finished their preparatory German language course in Hanoi. The one-year program in Germany targets future top-level managers of hospitals from Vietnam, China and Indonesia and consists of a 3-month German language course, a 4-month technical training course on "Hospital Management" as well as a vocational working experience of 3 months in different sections of German hospitals. Additionally 3 modules of management skills training (in total 4 weeks) will provide the participants with competence in self and work organization, presentation, communication and networking.

During the farewell meeting, the scholarship holders had the opportunity to gain some impressions and share experience with an Alumni, who participated in the ILT Hospital Management programme 2 years ago.
