| Farewell of Participants for Scholarship Program on Hospital Management in Germany |

On 12th October 2009 InWEnt hold a farewell dinner for 5 participants of the 12-month International Leadership Training (ILT) on "Hospital Management" which will start in December 2009 in Germany.
The 3 participants from Vietnam and 2 participants from Indonesia, who were selected at an assessment workshop in June, just finished their preparatory German language course in Hanoi. The one-year program in Germany targets future top-level managers of hospitals from Vietnam, China and Indonesia and consists of a 3-month German language course, a 4-month technical training course on "Hospital Management" as well as a vocational working experience of 3 months in different sections of German hospitals. Additionally 3 modules of management skills training (in total 4 weeks) will provide the participants with competence in self and work organization, presentation, communication and networking. |
