Prof. Dr. Kieu Dinh Thu - Vice-Chairman of the Office of the Government had an opening speech, appreciating the results of the project's activities in the phase 2008-2010 and confirming the wish of the Vietnamese side in extending the project duration until 2012. Representative of InWEnt, Mrs. Andrea von Rauch, Head of the department Regional and Global Governance, Security Policy and the Rule of Law, also expressed in her speech the importance of the contribution of the Vietnamese partners for the project's results in 2008-2010 and in the coming time.

The results of the professional workshops in different topics conducted in 2010 were also shared and discussed among the participants, coming from the Office of the Government, Office of the National Assembly, Ministry of Justice.
