| Strengthening Leadership Skills – Training for Alumni on 20-21 July 2010 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia |

On 21st - 22nd July 2010 InWEnt conducted a training course for Cambodian Alumni on the topic of leadership skills. 22 persons, holding key positions within public, private and civil society organizations, participated in this training. With facilitation of external trainers the participants dealt with topics, which are relevant for their work and were identified before like: roles of leaders, staff motivation and effective leadership decision-making. Through active learning methods participants were encouraged to exchange and share their experience on leadership in their working environment. Besides providing new knowledge and experience, the training also promoted networking between the participants, which is one important objective of InWEnt's Alumni program. |
