Most of the training courses are implemented at project school site to enable the participation of numerous teachers, including those of the trade which are not promoted by the project. This will contribute to the general staff development plan of the schools.

In the year 2009, InWEnt's activities will focus on using and application of the acquired competency from the trainings in 2007-2008 to the concrete pedagogical context, taking into consideration of the equipments to be supplied from financial cooperation.

The target group will be the teachers who are direct involving in receiving and using the equipments for the training purposes. The supplemented training will be done through consulting and coaching activities instead of class room course. By this way the teachers are more active and autonomous in their role, as basis for a sustainable development of the school, after receiving equipment investment
