The topic of the workshop was "Competition Regulatory Bodies (CRBs) in their Interaction and Outreach Activities" Delegates from ASEAN Member States participated actively in the workshop's discussion, and presentations were delivered by experts from competition agencies from Europe and a number of ASEAN Countries, and by specialists in the field of communications. The workshop focused on two subjects: (i) Interaction and Relations of Competition Regulatory Bodies (CRBs) with other agencies or ministries; (ii) Outreach and Communication activities by Competition Regulatory Bodies (CRBs) to convince other stakeholders of the benefits of competition policy. Six sessions allowed participants to get comprehensive overview on main issues, as well as more in-depth discussion in four separate Working Groups.
