Training course on Modular In-Plant Training

The Modular In-Plant Training 2 is organized from 6th to 10th July 2009 in Viet Duc Industrial College, Thai Nguyen. 18 participants from 11 project schools, industry companies and from the DED have attended the course.

The objectives of the activity are:
- to design the training based on Training Need Assessment
- to apply the procedure of occupational analysis in enterprise context
- to convert the occupational analysis result into suitable training program

 

At the end of the training, the participants are able:
- to conduct the occupational analysis orienting to the training measure
- to analyse the specific characteristic of target group and adult education approach
- to develop the didactical scenario as basic for training implementation
- to combine the basic didactical elements: content, media, teaching method

 

This activity is one of the approved TVET operation plan 2009. It contributes to the improvement of the School - Industry Linkage and makes the training more relevant to labor market.
