- to be acquainted with the main didactical elements of learning field concept
- to apply the theoretical background trained in the 1st course, held in Nha Trang in Dec. 2008, for the development of learning situations and lesson plan

After finishing of the course the participants are able:
- to master the development process in learning field concept
- to develop the learning situation/unit of the learning module in their own trade
- to continue the development process in their school

This is the further training in subject-specific didactic of TVET Operation Plan 2009 and contributes
- to combine the action field with learning field and learning situation to improve the labor market relevance of the training.
- to improve the teaching skill of teachers and thus to improve the training quality
