A training on Social Management System (SMS) for Business Promotion and Support Center (BPSC) - the new InWEnt partner of the project Social Standards Exchange of Experience in South-East Asia and Practical Learning (SEAL) was hold on March 24th - 28th 2008 in Hanoi.The participants were 25 trainers of BPSC and German Development Service (DED) from different places in Vietnam.

The training was aimed to raise awareness of Social Standards at BPSC network of trainers and consultants. Besides, BPSC trainers and consultants were coached to implement SMS activities (training and consulting). The participants also had the chance to exchange and discuss about the training and the adaptation of training material to the conditions in Vietnam, as well as action planning on how to promote and sustain SMS efficiently.
